Property Dreams Brazil is based on the ground in Joao Pessoa, capital city of Paraíba, one of Brazil´s most beautiful states located right in the heart of the North East coast. I established Property Dreams Brazil following my relocation here in 2008 with the aim of providing an impartial information resource and advice service to individuals and investors looking to enter the Brazilian property market or expand their existing portfolios here. Since arriving I have established a close network of partners throughout the North East, from Pernambuco and its capital, Recife, through Paraíba and Joao Pessoa, up to Natal and the state of Rio Grande do Norte, ensuring broad reach and coverage across the region.
I have worked as a marketing consultant in the international real estate sector for the past six years, working with some well-known real estate agencies and developers to launch, promote and sell out their projects in Spain, Italy, Bulgaria, Morocco and Brazil. And somewhere along the way, Brazil won my heart. Its economy is booming, its people are blooming and a forward-thinking government, major oil finds and huge increases in domestic wealth are transforming Brazil into one of the economic powerhouses of the future. Add to that the forthcoming Soccer World Cup and a Rio Olympics to look forward and there is no doubt that Brazil is bursting onto the world stage with the kind of fanfare that only the home of the world´s biggest carnival possibly can.
I feel honoured and excited to be living here through a time of such dramatic growth and change, and look forward to helping other people realize their Brazilian dream.
